Here is what a typical 4-Day Open Water course looks like at TDB SunBeach. (Note: Schedule subject to weather and ferry times).

✈️ Can I fly immediately after diving?
No. For safety reasons, you must wait at least 18 hours after your last dive before flying. We recommend booking your return flight for the afternoon of the day after your course finishes.
👓 Can I wear contact lenses?
Yes, you can wear soft contact lenses while diving. Just keep your eyes closed if you need to clear water from your mask to avoid losing them. Alternatively, prescription masks are available upon request (subject to availability).
🎒 Do I need to buy my own equipment?
Not at all! Our PADI course packages at TDB SunBeach include rental of all necessary scuba gear (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, and weights). You just need to bring your swimwear!
🩸 Can I dive during my period?
Absolutely. It is a common myth that sharks are attracted to menstrual blood; they are not. It is perfectly safe to dive, just use the sanitary protection (tampons or menstrual cups) you are most comfortable with.
🌦️ What if it rains?
We get wet anyway! Rain does not affect visibility or safety underwater unless the sea conditions are rough. If the sea is too rough, our instructors will reschedule the dives for your safety.
