Getting to Tioman Island - TDB SunBeach
To reach Pulau Tioman, you can take a public ferry or a fast speedboat departing from either Marina Tanjung Gemok (Teluk Gading) Jetty or Mersing Jetty. The recommended arrival point for our guests is Kampung Genting Jetty (usually the first stop).

Best for travelers driving from Kuala Lumpur or Northern Malaysia. This jetty is less affected by tides. You have the choice of a standard ferry or a faster speedboat here.

Best for travelers from Singapore or Johor Bahru, and those taking the bus (the bus station is nearby).

Important Note: Mersing Jetty is strictly tide-dependent. Ferries may be delayed or cancelled during low tide.

🏝️ How to Get to TDB SunBeach
To reach us, please take the ferry to Kampung Genting Jetty. This is usually the FIRST STOP on the ferry route.
Walking Directions:
Upon arrival at Genting Jetty, walk along the concrete path towards the beach. Turn Left and walk for about 200 meters (3-5 minutes). You will see the TDB SunBeach Dive Center signs.
